Rob has fought and won in the ring overseas as a heavyweight kick-boxer using Sikaran! Their signature kick? The biakid, or spinning heel hook to the base of the skull!

Finally, Pete Kautz shares a quick start guide to the fighting bandanna. These five conceptual drills will get you up and going fast with flexible weapons, allowing you to add them into whatever art you do. You'll have no doubts about the destructive power of a bandanna after the graphic demonstration of how easily it can shatter a bottle. Plus the use of the coat in counter-knife work is shown using these conceptual drills with the special ways a coat can blind and aid in disarming.
