Get Paid To Workout! Motivation to Train! Howdy all and welcome to the shortest Training Tips newsletter so far, and we've been putting these out since 2007... Anyhow, this being the beginning of February statistically many people out there who started the new year with a desire to train have already probably given up or are struggling to hang on. So I wanted to make a short video to share "one weird trick" that aids in developing motivation, helps keep you consistent with your workouts, and tracks your progress all at the same time. It's something I've done for years and as simple as it is IT REALLY WORKS.
The video is less than 3 minutes, so it's probably quicker that you just listen in than I spend a whole lot of time writing everything down.
